Al Nakhala النخلة translates to 'date-palm' in Arabic. Nakhal, also known as Nakhl, is a town in Oman dating back to the pre-Islamic era (before the 7th century), nestled between the Hajar Mountains' foothills and the Batinah Plain's expanses. The Sassanids constructed a fort there, which later served as the residence for Omani Imams and now functions as a museum. Adjacent to this historical landmark is an extensive date-palm grove, sustained by the naturally occurring hot spring, Ain Al Thawarah, named for its plentiful warm waters. Nakhal Energy draws its inspiration from this venerable town, intimately connected to the natural wealth of the Earth.
